Swiis Foster Care are looking for an Administration Assistant for our West Midlands Foster Care service based in Edgbaston, Birmingham. This is a full-time Monday to Friday position with working hours between 9 am - 5.30pm with an annual salary of £16,000 to £18,000.
The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, ideally within Children and Families or fostering Services, and possess an excellent telephone manner and have the capability to use initiative and work under pressure covering day-to-day tasks efficiently to enable the smooth running of the office.
The Administration Assistant will provide full administrative support to the Foster Care Team, assisting with preparation of reports, undertaking statutory checks for foster carers, minute taking (where required), inputting of data onto our database and supporting the overall running of the Foster Care Team.
The role is full time, permanent, with office hours covering 09:00 - 17:30; however, flexibility with working hours will on occasion be required.
