As part of our commitment to supporting our candidates’ professional needs, Swiis Health and Social Care offers bespoke training to all our candidates throughout their time with us.
Our new in-house training team has been put together to offer the highest quality training and development programme, designed specifically to meet the needs of the candidates and clients we serve. The team is on hand to advise candidates on the training their role requires and time frames within which to complete it.
All required training is provided to candidates before they complete their registration, and updated annually. We offer mandatory and service specific training on an ongoing basis, and make sure we run courses regularly throughout the year so that candidates are available to attend at a time that is suitable to them.
The courses are a great opportunity for candidates to catch up with fellow workers and share best practice tips and advice with each other.
