Swiis Third Neuven Platinum Audit Award

We are delighted to announce that Swiis Health & Social Care has yet again been issued with a Neuven ‘Platinum Audit Award’, giving us a ‘Triple Platinum Award’ status.

The independent audit was conducted by Neuven Solutions as part of on-going criteria put in place by the Health Trust Europe Agency Nursing framework. Neuven Audit Solutions provide compliance audits for staffing providers across all disciplines within the Private and Public sectors.

Midlands and East of England Streamlining Conference

Swiis Health and Social Care will be attending the Midlands and East of England Streamlining Conference on Wednesday 23rd March along with over 300 delegates representing the 72 NHS organisations who are participating in the Streamlining programme. There will be a variety of workshops throughout the day covering recruitment and staffing that will afford attendees a better understanding of the challenges the NHS Trusts are facing in this area. Swiis Operations Manager Dale Elliott and Paul Jamieson Head of Operational Services will also be exhibiting our Health and Social Care services to the NHS Trust Senior Managers in attendance and hope to further our partnership working with the NHS Trusts in the Midlands.

Training with Swiis Health and Social Care

As part of our commitment to supporting our candidates’ professional needs, Swiis Health and Social Care offers bespoke training to all our candidates throughout their time with us.

Our new in-house training team has been put together to offer the highest quality training and development programme, designed specifically to meet the needs of the candidates and clients we serve. The team is on hand to advise candidates on the training their role requires and time frames within which to complete it.

All required training is provided to candidates before they complete their registration, and updated annually. We offer mandatory and service specific training on an ongoing basis, and make sure we run courses regularly throughout the year so that candidates are available to attend at a time that is suitable to them.

The courses are a great opportunity for candidates to catch up with fellow workers and share best practice tips and advice with each other.
