At the core of our service is the quality of our candidates.
We ensure candidates are kept fully updated in terms of mandatory training and service specific training requirements. We recognise that, to appropriately help our workforce to reach its full potential and surpass our customers’ expectations, we must ensure they continue to perform to the best of their ability.
To help make that happen, we work in partnership with our clients through a fully comprehensive placement support programme. Your feedback helps us keep track of how a placement is progressing and we ask for your comments after an ad-hoc candidates’ first shift and then routinely from then on. People on short and long-term placements are assessed after the first week, month and then every three months.
All staff attend a six and 12 month appraisal meeting to discuss their professional development, feedback results and any training they want to pursue.
If there’s a problem during a placement or ad-hoc shift, Swiis Health & Social Care has a ‘rapid response’ process in place to ensure any issues are managed swiftly and professionally.
