As part of our continued and exciting growth plan, we are now looking to appoint a Relief Receptionist/General Administrator.

Outline of Role:

  • To provide high quality, reception cover service to Swiis Head Office as and when required.
  • Provide general office support with a variety of office related tasks.
  • Welcome and receive visitors and ensure they sign the visitors book ensuring visitors have understood Health & Safety whilst on the premises.
  • The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls.
  • Distribute/Re Distribute all incoming mail to the relevant Companies in Wimpole Street and ensure mail is ready for collection on time.
  • Ensuring weekly fire alarm testing is carried out and taking Reception Register to designated meeting point on building (fire) evacuations.
  • Liaise with building Maintenance company to ensure all repairs recorded are carried out that are recorded in maintenance file held in reception.
