Administrator | Buckinghamshire

Swiis are looking for an experienced Administrator to work as part of our team based in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire. This is a full time role with a salary of up to £24,000 including an attractive benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a payroll environment, as well as excellent customer service skills. This exciting opportunity is based in fantastic offices in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire. You will provide the temporary workers with a professional, specialist and dedicated payroll support.

Candidates with previous Recruitment sector experience are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of excel and good communication skills are essential.

The role is full time, permanent, with office hours covering 09:00 - 17:30; however, flexibility with working hours will on occasion be required.

Payroll Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Processing high volume of temporary worker timesheets on a weekly basis on the Tempest system.
  • Reporting, interpreting and processing temporary worker online timesheets from individual Neutral Vendor Systems such as NHS Professionals Portals, C-Net, E-Tips and Bee-Line.
  • Verifying and validating temporary worker timesheets against actual worked hours.
  • Resolving temporary worker pay queries in a professional and customer service led manner.
  • Processing of payments to limited company and umbrella contractors.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all payroll related functions associated with the service provision based in Gerrards Cross.

  • Previous experience of Tempest would be advantageous but not essential
  • Neutral/Master Vendor online systems knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
