Deputy Manager | Edgbaston  

Swiis are seeking to recruit a Deputy Manager to manage a fast-growing fostering service in Edgbaston, Birmingham. The role is full time, permanent with a salary of up to £55,000. per annum.

You will be responsible for the day to day management of a team of social workers and placement support workers and have a direct reporting line to the Registered Manager.

You should have a proven track record of working in safeguarding children and young people/child protection, with a focus on excellent outcomes for children and families.


  • CSW/CQSW/DipSW/BA/MA in Social Work
  • 5 years post qualifying experience in working with children and families’ services
  • Current HCPC Registration
  • Eligibility to work in the UK without work permit or visa restrictions
  • Commitment to the safe care and well-being of vulnerable people
  • Car driver and willingness to travel



  • £42,000 - £55,000 pa depending on experience
