Compliance Administrator | Gerrards Cross | £20,000 -22,000 pa
Swiis are seeking to recruit an experienced administrator to work as an integral part of a very busy and expanding team at our office in Gerrards Cross, South Buckinghamshire. The role is Full time, permanent, with an annual salary of up to £22,000 per annum depending on experience.
The role includes responsibility for the compliance of our flexible workforce, offering support to the booking and resource team who will be resourcing and placing Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants across the UK. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience within the field of health and social care with an understanding of the compliance requirements to safeguard vulnerable people.
This is a highly varied role which combines strong administrative skills and the ability to communicate, liaise with and manage compliance for our health and social care workforce.
The role is full time, permanent, with office hours covering 09:00 – 17:00; however, flexibility with working hours will on occasion be required.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
You must have extensive experience in a similar role
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Possess excellent communication skills
Exceptional organisational skills
Demonstrate the ability to work confidently with Microsoft Office and databases
Knowledge of the health and social care sector
£20,000 to £22,000 per annum depending on experience
25 days annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays (pro rata)
