Training Administrator Maternity Cover | Bristol

Description

Swiis International Limited are seeking to recruit a temporary Training Administrator to provide support to the national training team. This is full-time hours, maternity leave cover contract. The salary for this position is between £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, including an attractive benefits package.

This role is Bristol based and will be responsible for the undertaking of a full range of administrative tasks including delegate bookings, joining instructions, scheduling, course administration and participant follow up for the national Foster Care and Health and Social Care services. Additional responsibilities will be to provide online training telephone administration support for foster carers and healthcare staff as well as general admin support to the training team.

Essential requirements

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Efficient time-management, with the ability to multi-task and work at speed
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and creatively
  • Competence in MS Office programmes and other basic IT skills

Desirable requirements

  • Experience in a similar role and/or in the health and/or social care sector would be a considerable advantage
