In preparation for the start-up of a new service our clients often require staff at short notice, including the placement of managers and a team of support staff.
This may be via a temporary to permanent arrangement or our clients may require staff short term until they can recruit directly or transfer their own staff. We find that often our clients ask to retain a number of the temporary team members to work long-term in the service either in a temporary or permanent capacity.
We understand the challenges of working across many community based services and that service users benefit from the continuity of “same named” staff. That’s why, wherever possible, and subject to our client’s agreement, we provide teams of “same named” candidates to support our clients’ needs irrespective of whether this is an ad-hoc, short or long-term basis.
