Our unique matching process has been at the forefront of the development of our service and its success is evidenced by the high numbers of our temporary staff who transfer from temporary to permanent status with our clients.
Our candidates are so well-matched to their roles that a large proportion of our temporary work placements culminate in permanent positions.
Once a candidate’s registration has been completed, a member of the Swiis Health & Social Care team will develop a profile of the candidate which documents their DBS status, the outcome of their references and the dates of all training which has been undertaken.
Their profile will also highlight previous work experience and the areas in which the candidate has specialised.
Subject to a request from a client, or in response to an on-going need, appropriately skilled candidates (matched against the service profile of the client) will be presented by telephone and email through an up to date CV and candidate profile which has been formatted by us. An opportunity to meet the potential applicants can be arranged either at our clients location or in our the Swiis local office.
Combined, the information given to each client will provide details of the skill match for the particular service, whilst also demonstrating the candidate’s registration compliance in line with CQC requirements.
We will only send applicants who appropriately match the specific needs of the service
